The A.G.M. for 2010 will be held on Friday 14th of May, 7.30 p.m. at Hill House, Wooton Road, Iron Acton, BS37 9XA.
Items for the agenda and proposed Officers and Committee members must be submitted in writing to the Hon. Secretary not less than fourteen days prior to the meeting, No other business will be discussed ( refer to club rule 6 ).
The last A.G.M. has brought news of a few changes.
Our President Mr Graham Cox has retired.
We have a new Spaniel Section Field Trial Secretary. Mr Dave Rayner of Woodash Gundogs, contact details are on the Committee page.
As from the next A.G.M. we need replacements to fill the Chairman, Secretary and Treasurers' positions.
If anyone feels they could fill these jobs please contact Eileen Hughes. Help and Advice will initially be offered to the new candidates to get them started.
