AGMs:
In accordance with club rules:
Notice of the AGM must be forwarded to every member not less than 21 days prior to the meeting.
Any items you wish to be added to the Agenda must be submitted in writing to the
Hon.Secretary not less than 14 days prior to the meeting.
No other business may be discussed.
Nominations for the Committee duly proposed and seconded and with written consent of the nominee to stand, must be received by the Hon. Secretary not later than 14 days prior to the meeting.
